King Of Tone · expanded controls
Sound and starting point
A Tone King drive chain with tone and gain sections. Select the clipping mode before balancing Drive and the final gain.
Tone King · Drive
Increases drive into the clipping stage. Higher settings add breakup and compression. Start low and match output level before comparing.
Tone King · Mode
Selects the drive/clipping mode. Choose the desired breakup character, then balance Drive and output. Choices: Boost, Overdrive, Both.
Tone King · On/Off
Enables or bypasses this internal processor. The whole module also has its own enable switch. Choices: Off, On.
SVF · Freq.
Sets the filter’s base frequency. Sweep it to change which frequency region the effect emphasizes or removes.
SVF · Mode
Chooses LPF, HPF, or BPF when not using continuous Multi-Mode. These respectively retain lows, highs, or a band around the cutoff. Choices: LPF, HPF, BPF.
SVF · On/Off
Enables or bypasses this internal processor. The whole module also has its own enable switch. Choices: Off, On.
SVF · Q
Controls emphasis around the filter cutoff. Higher values create a narrower, more resonant peak.
SVF · Multi-Mode
Enables continuous blending between filter modes. Use its continuous Mode control rather than only the discrete LPF/HPF/BPF selection. Choices: Off, On.
SVF · Mode
Continuously blends filter modes when Multi-Mode is enabled. Sweep slowly to find intermediate responses instead of choosing only LPF, HPF, or BPF.
Use in the rig
Add this module from the effect catalogue and select its position before amp, after amp, or after cabinet. Use the module enable switch to compare bypassed sound. Hold and drag its chain card to reorder; Duplicate makes another instance and Remove deletes it. In a session, automation can change its controls over the loop. Save sound preset stores the rig for reuse.
