Sound and starting point
Three-band EQ adjusts bass, middle, and treble balance. Cut an unwanted region before raising the whole channel.
Bass
Shapes low-frequency weight. Reduce it if low notes become muddy; increase for body when there is space in the arrangement.
Mid
Shapes the middle frequencies that help notes cut through. More mids can improve audibility without a large level increase.
Treble
Shapes high-frequency detail. Increase for clarity and bite; reduce if pick attacks are harsh.
Use in the rig
Add this module from the effect catalogue and select its position before amp, after amp, or after cabinet. Use the module enable switch to compare bypassed sound. Hold and drag its chain card to reorder; Duplicate makes another instance and Remove deletes it. In a session, automation can change its controls over the loop. Save sound preset stores the rig for reuse.
