Create a preset or blank session

Session presets

Search and filter the preset browser, select a preset, and use Listen to audition it. Cancel preparation stops a preview that is still loading. Choose the included instrument parts, then Create Session. Creation makes an independent session; editing it does not alter the preset library. A playable guitar is supplied if the selected arrangement has none.

Starting balance

Preset sessions give the playable guitar more room above the backing: guitar gain is raised and drum gain is reduced by about 3 dB, including extra drum tracks. Preview uses the same starting balance. Use Mix to suit your speakers and playing; preset balance is a starting point, not a loudness guarantee.

Blank Session

Choose Blank Session, set Loop length, Time signature, Tempo, Guitar tuning, Session key, Guitar rig, and Bass rig, then Create Session. Bass tuning follows the matching guitar tuning during setup. The suggested key comes from the tuning and can be changed. A blank session starts with empty drums, bass, and guitar parts.

Browser controls

Search narrows the visible library. Available filters refine the category or musical style; favourites help you revisit choices. Listen is a temporary audition. Creating a session commits your chosen arrangement. Switching away from preset setup stops its audition.
