Sound and starting point
Rhythmic volume modulation. Depth sets the level swing and Rate sets speed; waveform controls change the pulse shape.
Tremolo · Depth
Sets the strength of the modulation. Increase for obvious movement; reduce for a subtle texture.
Tremolo · Rate
Sets modulation speed. Slow movement adds gentle motion; faster movement becomes more obvious and can dominate sustained notes.
Tremolo · Wave
Changes the shape of the tremolo pulse. Smooth shapes give gentle swells; sharper shapes make the volume change more abrupt.
Tremolo · Stereo
Enables a stereo variation of the modulation. Compare on headphones or stereo speakers; mono playback cannot preserve the same width. Choices: Off, On.
Tremolo · V1 Wave
Selects the alternate original waveform behaviour. Compare it at the same rate and depth to hear the change in pulse shape. Choices: Off, On.
Use in the rig
Add this module from the effect catalogue and select its position before amp, after amp, or after cabinet. Use the module enable switch to compare bypassed sound. Hold and drag its chain card to reorder; Duplicate makes another instance and Remove deletes it. In a session, automation can change its controls over the loop. Save sound preset stores the rig for reuse.
