Delay · individual module
Sound and starting point
An expanded delay with optional tempo sync, filtering, stereo ping-pong, and clean/Lo-Fi character. Set timing before feedback and mix.
Delay · Delay Type
Chooses a cleaner delay line or a Lo-Fi character. Use Lo-Fi when repeats or modulation should sound less pristine. Choices: Clean, Lo-Fi.
Delay · Feedback
Returns part of the processed signal to the effect input. Increase for stronger resonances or longer repeats; reduce if the effect overwhelms the original note.
Delay · Cutoff
Sets the filter’s cutoff frequency. A lower high-cut cutoff darkens the sound or repeats; a higher value retains more treble.
Delay · Mix
Blends the original dry signal with the processed wet signal. Start modestly to keep the note attack clear.
Delay · Ping-Pong
Alternates echoes across the stereo field. Listen on stereo output and keep the wet mix low enough for the dry note to remain focused. Choices: Off, On.
Delay · Delay Time
Sets the echo spacing when Tempo Sync is off. Short times thicken; longer times create distinct echoes.
Delay · Tempo Sync
When enabled, echo spacing follows session tempo and Delay Rhythm. When off, use Delay Time. Choices: Off, On.
Delay · Delay Rhythm
Chooses the rhythmic subdivision used with Tempo Sync. The dotted eighth option is marked 1/8 D. Choices: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/8 D.
Use in the rig
Add this module from the effect catalogue and select its position before amp, after amp, or after cabinet. Use the module enable switch to compare bypassed sound. Hold and drag its chain card to reorder; Duplicate makes another instance and Remove deletes it. In a session, automation can change its controls over the loop. Save sound preset stores the rig for reuse.
